My name is Ben, and I'm a 20-year-old musician residing in the South West of the UK, I live near the historic town of Sherborne, just south of Bristol and north of Bournemouth. My journey into the world of music commenced during the COVID-19 lockdown when I was just 15 years old. It was during those challenging times that I discovered my passion for creating, producing and expressing myself through the art of sound. Despite my young age, my musical endeavours gained a good amount of recognition, reaching a milestone when my work was featured on BBC Introducing when I was just 16. This unexpected spotlight not only validated my dedication but also fueled my determination to continue evolving as an artist.
The turning point in my musical career arrived when I signed my first track with a small yet promising record label based in Canada called LFTD. This marked a significant step forward, opening doors to new opportunities and collaborations across the global music scene as it proved to myself that people were interested and enjoyed what I was creating. Since that pivotal moment, my musical journey has been characterized by growth, exploration, and commitment.
Currently, I am thrilled to share that I have expanded my musical footprint by signing two of my original tracks with a reputable record label in Wales called Bass Rebels. This collaboration has provided a platform to showcase my unique sound to a broader audience, allowing me to connect with fellow music enthusiasts and fellow artists who share my passion for pushing boundaries within the industry. Recently I have also received support from Don Diablo on his radio show HEXAGON Radio.
As I continue my musical odyssey, each note is a testament to the experiences and emotions that shape my perspective. Whether it's the serene landscapes of the South West or the vibrant energy of the Jurassic coast, my surroundings undoubtedly influence the sounds I weave into my tracks.
